YaToDo is built to keep your personal task data private. Your tasks, goals, notes, habits, and AI conversations are stored on your device, not on YaToDo servers.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Information Stored On Your Device
The app stores your personal productivity data locally on your device so YaToDo can provide task management, goals, nudges, insights, calendar views, and AI assistance.
This may include tasks, goals, due dates, app settings, AI chat history, nudge history, and productivity patterns generated for your use inside the app.
Information We May Process
To operate YaToDo, we may process limited account, subscription, support, and usage information, such as your email address, account status, plan status, and basic usage records needed for billing, reliability, abuse prevention, or support.
We do not store your task content, goal content, AI conversations, or personal productivity history on our servers.
AI Features
When you use AI features, relevant task or goal context may be sent to an AI service only to generate the response you requested. We do not use that content to train AI models.
You can choose not to use AI features. Your core task and goal data remains local to your device.
Payments
If YaToDo offers paid features, payment processing is handled by a payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Security
YaToDo uses reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption for local app data and secure network connections for account, payment, and AI requests.
Your Choices
- You can delete tasks, goals, and other app data from your device.
- You can stop using AI features at any time.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of account information we hold about you.
Data Retention
On-device data remains under your control and can be removed by deleting it in the app, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. Account and billing records are kept only as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.
Children's Privacy
YaToDo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as YaToDo changes. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app, website, or email when appropriate.
